Modern Musician is a small collection of listening prompts and notes about creative practice.

What you will find here

The listening library brings together five instrumental recordings by Kevin MacLeod. Each has a short exercise about texture, movement, repetition, or mood. The journal offers practical ideas to try with your own sounds and sketches.

The notes are editorial suggestions, not instructions from the composer or descriptions of a commissioned project. This notebook does not offer paid production services, courses, or a newsletter.
